Staffs Are Providing Customers Needs.

It's like a Ghost Town and a little bit dangerous in the Engineering Area. There are some little snakes that could kill us if we are not aware .

Big room and comportable bed

No hot water in the shower. TV channel is only 1. for food, limited offer for menu.

Location was quite centralised.

Restaurant close too early at 8.00pm.

housekeeping - did not even cleaned the room during the stay; expensive breakfast (not worth the value of money) - P300 in other hotels are buffeted or at least have a bottomless brewed coffee served.

The hotel is old. The advertisement is not what you can expect in reality. Breakfast option is limited. No bidet. No hot water in the shower.

Staff super friendly.

Restraunt only has breakfast and only 8 meals to choose from and non were cooker properly. Also 2 nights of rain and the hallways were leaking as well as our room. The gym and spa were always closed.

The location is quite accessible from anywhere.

Some of the staff at the front desk is not accomodating and there is no flexibility in check in time. Early check in is possible only if you pay 1000 pesos! We have to attend the wedding at 2pm and we have no choice but to change in the car.

First of all I did not expect it from Crown Regency. When I booked the hotel from Booking.com rooms are okay.. nice... but as I enter the premises it is like a motel, or short time inn, up to the room it was really like a motel, so i looked around the area and okay.. it was really a motel style residences. Price is not match with the room that we get. I was really disappointed, im sorry.

Food is not really good. And staff in restaurant is not responsive

Bell staff and housekeeping staff were great, helpfuland friendly. Most of the Front desk staff as well with the exception of the one working at our check in.

Hotel is run down. Stayed there before in 2011 and nothing has changed or improved since. Shower was broken, toilet leaks all over the floor. They charged 100 peso a day to use the gas stove in your kitchen that should be included. About half the items that were supposed to be in the kitchen were missing. Front desk staff at check-in was not courteous or friendly. If your a smoker you must smoke in the designated area in the parking lot with no place to sit or shade.

The staff was nice and did what they could to accommodate us.

I did not like the breakfast buffet. Unfortunately it had too little options and they would take long to put more food back in. I also did not like the menu, everything we ordered was not what we expected.. I mean.. who puts tomatoes and lettuce in a grilled cheese and ham? And for the bread to be the only thing thats toasted.. not even grilled. It was so sad. No shakes, most of the things in the menu were not available and the food was not good either. We would rate it 4/10.

POLLUTED TAP WATER Not to have clean running water is unforgivable for any accommodation or restaurant establishment! This is an old facility that is clearly not well maintained and does not pass City / health standards. Upon opening the tap, the water that came out was murky with tons of tiny red fibers floating in the water. So I let it run for 20mins (thinking pipes are just old). It lessened a bit but still not quite clear. Previously since there is NO HOT SHOWER, the bellboy told me to boil my own water with the room kettle and provided me a pale. After 20mins and boiling 4 kettles full of water I had prepared myself for the bath. Upon opening the tap once more, DARK REDDISH-BROWN WATER CAME FLOWING OUT LIKE IT WAS STRAIGHT OUT OF A HORROR FILM. Both shower and sink faucets flowed brown. Until this place is inspected and reassessed for its permit to operate, I do not recommend anyone staying here, simply for BASIC HYGIENE REASONS.

This place is doomed to die. The staff is very nice but they don’t have the infrastructure nor the tools to succed. Rooms are ok, but no hot water. Restaurant is a disaster. They cannot cook anything which is on the menu. Even though staff is nice.
